Choose Each Other
From “Meh” to “Heck Ya”
A 12-Week Couples Experience to Create More
Connection, Friendship, Play, and Intimacy
in the Marriage You’re Already Building.
Does this sound familiar?
You love each other. You’ve built a life together. You may even consider your spouse your best friend.
But somewhere between work, kids, schedules, bills, responsibilities, and figuring out what’s for dinner, it became really easy to get good at managing life together.
You talk. You laugh. You get things done. You may even have a pretty good marriage.
And still, there are moments when you wonder, “Is this all there is?”
Maybe you miss flirting with each other. Maybe sex has become complicated, predictable, or easier to avoid. Maybe you want more affection, more play, more honest conversations, or simply to feel like lovers again instead of really efficient partners.
Your marriage doesn’t have to be bad for you to want more from it.
Sometimes “meh” isn’t a sign that your marriage is broken. It’s an invitation to start choosing each other again.
What If You Started Choosing Each Other Again?
Choose Each Other is a 12-week experience designed to help you move out of autopilot and become more intentional about the relationship you’re creating together.
This isn’t about fixing your spouse or deciding who is right. It’s about learning to see the patterns you each bring into your marriage and discovering what becomes possible when you take responsibility for your own side of the relationship.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll talk honestly about communication, friendship, desire, sex, intimacy, play, vulnerability, and the everyday choices that shape the way your marriage feels.
You’ll have practical tools to use together, conversations to continue outside our calls, and opportunities to experiment with new ways of connecting.
The goal isn’t a perfect marriage. It’s a marriage where you keep choosing each other on purpose.
This Program Is For You If...
You love each other and want to feel more connected.
✓ You’re good at managing life together, but want to be better at enjoying each other.
✓ You want conversations to feel more open, honest, and connected.
✓ You want more friendship, flirting, laughter, and play in your marriage.
✓ Sex or physical intimacy has become complicated, predictable, pressured, or simply less intentional than you’d like.
✓ You and your spouse experience desire differently and want to understand each other better.
✓ You want to get better at asking for what you want without expecting your spouse to read your mind.
✓ You’re ready to look at your own patterns instead of waiting for your spouse to change.
✓ You believe your marriage is worth intentionally choosing again and again.
Imagine...
Walking into the room and genuinely smiling when your spouse walks in.
Feeling safe enough to be honest about what you want, feel, and need.
Understanding each other better, even when you respond differently.
Knowing how to repair after conflict instead of staying stuck in it.
Feeling more freedom, curiosity, and connection around sex.
Laughing more.
Playing together.
Touching without pressure.
Choosing each other again and again.
This is what we're building.
Imagine 12 Weeks From Now...
Good communication matters. But knowing the “right” words to say doesn't automatically create connection.
You can learn communication techniques and still feel defensive. You can know how to listen and still shut down. You can love your spouse deeply and still get caught in the same patterns over and over again.
Choose Each Other goes deeper than what to say. We look at what each of you is bringing into the relationship and what happens between you when those two worlds meet.
Over our 12 weeks together, you'll learn how to:
• Take responsibility for your side without taking responsibility for your spouse's.
• Understand the natural tension between attachment and autonomy in marriage.
• Recognize the patterns you fall into when you feel hurt, rejected, pressured, or misunderstood.
• Communicate with more honesty, vulnerability, and kindness.
• Understand spontaneous and responsive desire and why you may approach sex differently.
• Create more freedom around sex, touch, desire, and intimacy without pressure.
• Build your own Adult Playground, where curiosity, flirting, play, and exploration have a place in your marriage.
• Strengthen your friendship instead of becoming really efficient roommates.
• Learn how to repair, reconnect, and keep choosing each other even when things aren't perfect.
And we don't just talk about these ideas. Each week, you'll leave with something practical to try together in your actual marriage.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Tammy Camp.
I'm a marriage, relationship, and intimacy coach, but I'm also someone who has had to learn these things inside my own marriage.
Jake and I have been married for 26 years, and our marriage has taught me that a good relationship doesn't stay good by accident. We've had to learn how to be honest, take responsibility for ourselves, navigate differences, keep growing, and intentionally choose each other through a lot of different seasons.
That's a big part of why I created Choose Each Other.
I don't believe the goal is a perfect marriage where nobody gets hurt, disagrees, feels disconnected, or struggles with sex. I want to help couples build marriages where two imperfect people can be honest, curious, playful, vulnerable, sexual, separate, connected, and willing to keep choosing each other.
My coaching combines practical relationship tools with honest conversations about communication, friendship, desire, sex, intimacy, vulnerability, and the patterns we bring into our relationships.
Because your marriage doesn't have to be broken for there to be more available to you.
✓ At-home practices designed to create connection
✓ Q&A and individual coaching opportunities
My Philosophy
I don’t believe great marriages happen because two perfect people find each other.
I believe they’re built when two imperfect people keep choosing each other.
Not perfectly. Not without conflict. Not without seasons when connection feels harder.
But week after week, conversation after conversation, and one small choice at a time.
That’s what Choose Each Other is about.
Let’s go from “Meh” to “Heck Ya”
