About Tammy

Hi, I’m Tammy.

I’m a marriage, relationship, and intimacy coach, but more importantly, I’m someone who believes a good marriage can always become more connected, more honest, more playful, and more intimate.

I’ve been married to my best friend, Jake, for 26 years, and our marriage has taught me that choosing each other isn’t something you do once. It’s something you keep doing through changing seasons, raising kids, misunderstandings, desire differences, hard conversations, laughter, growth, and all the ordinary moments in between.

I’m a recovering perfectionist who has had to learn that the best relationships aren’t built by getting everything right. They’re built by being willing to look at yourself honestly, take responsibility for what’s yours, stay curious about the person you love, and keep showing up.

My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and how I see marriage, sexuality, and connection. I believe our capacity for love, intimacy, desire, growth, and deep connection is a gift from God. I also work with people from different backgrounds and beliefs, and you don’t need to share mine to feel welcome in my coaching.

I love working with couples, women, and men who aren’t necessarily looking to “fix” a broken marriage. Often, they simply know there is more available to them. More friendship. More honesty. More play. More freedom around sex. More understanding of themselves and each other.

That’s the work I love doing. Helping people stop waiting for their relationship to feel different and start choosing how they want to show up in it.
